In the situation that your product(s) are lost at the mail carrier/not delivered, but tracking says otherwise, or your product(s) are damaged, with evidence, you are eligible to receive a refund for your order or a product replacement at no cost, only after reporting the issue within 24 hours of the delivery.
The Tote Fairy is not liable for a package delivered to an incorrect address that was placed on the shipping information on the website. In this situation, a refund will not be granted. Please ensure you give the correct address. No other refunds will be issued unless evidence shows that a package was not delivered or if, upon delivery, there is damage and a report is made to both the mail carrier and The Tote Fairy within 24 hours of delivery.
